3. Data Collection


The internet pages partly use so-called cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies are used to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and stored by your browser.

Registration on the TeamMeister App

When registering to use the TeamMeister App, personal data such as first name, last name and e-mail will be collected. This data is mandatory data and is used for the use of the TeamMeister app on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO processed. After registering you will gain access to content and services that we offer only to registered users. These can be, for example, services such as joining / canceling appointments or joining previously created teams. Registered users also have the option to enter optional personal data, such as telephone number and date of birth, which serve the purpose of team-internal information exchange. It is also possible to add a profile photo. The third-party service Cloudinary is used to store and serve the images.

You can also register and log in to TeamMeister by logging in via Facebook. If you register or log in to TeamMeister via the Facebook login, we will receive the following information from:

For the successful registration or login your e-mail address is required. This is used to create your TeamMeister account and serves as a unique identifier. We will not pass on any information about you to Facebook without your consent.

TeamMeister users may be informed by e-mail about information relevant to their user account, such as technical changes. If users have terminated their user account, their data will be deleted with respect to the user account, subject to a statutory retention requirement. It is the responsibility of the users to save their data upon termination prior to the end of the contract. We are entitled to irretrievably delete all user data stored during the duration of the contract.

As part of the usage of our registration and registration functions and the use of the user account, we store the IP address and the time of each user action. 4. Newsletter

Newsletter Data

TeamMeister does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16. 6. Plugins and Tools

Google Web Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform representation of fonts. When you visit a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to correctly display texts and fonts.

Google Analytics
